I take your health and fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging. My goal is to help you overcome the hurdles and be successful. I will consider your health and fitness history, complete body composition analysis, complete movement analysis and find out what you enjoy to create your new lifestyle plan.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times, fails. Honestly, it takes practice. I want to increase your awareness through nutritional counseling and movement pattern analysis. My goal is to help you integrate this new knowledge so that it becomes part of who you are and how you live your life.
I am a passionate fitness professional focused on delivering efficient and effective experiences. I have 10 years experience in the fitness industry. I have reconditioned my own body after surgeries, injuries and pregnancy. I am a Mom and I know your own personal fitness is sometimes difficult to prioritize with a busy family and work life.
I train clients at my home in the Cambrian area of San Jose, California. We are either outside on the backyard, shaded turf or inside on the large, cushioned floor of my garage.
I also train clients online over Zoom.
